Closed process system

Our furnaces have high-quality seals at all openings, to minimize energy losses at the best possible rate and to avoid the exit of process gas.

We prevailingly do not manufacture our carburizing furnaces and gas nitriding furnaces with an open water lute for the cooling of the furnace seal anymore, but with a closed process system for the water cooling. An open water lute is available as an option. This new design allows a safe creation of the atmosphere, also for carburizing furnaces.

According to our experience, the lifetime of the furnace seal increases and thanks to the lower degree of pollution of the water, we make a contribution to the responsible use of resources. The total seal system protects the furnace operator and guarantees an optimal process.
