For new installations, we configure the furnace size (effective diameter and effective height) optimally and individually in relation to our customers’ charge size, so that the use of energy is kept as small as possible.

The closed process system of our furnaces, with optimal seals at all openings, guarantees the minimization of energy losses on a remarkable level.

An efficient circulation of the process air within the furnace is possible and the reduced wall thickness of the retort, enables a faster heating up of the charge, because unnecessary additional weight is eliminated by our compensator technology.

Naturally, our high-quality isolation of the furnaces, is an additional guaranty for optimal energy saving.
