For an increase of the in-house production depth and an additional flexibility at the order processing of shaft furnaces, we at Industrieofen- & Haertereizubehoer GmbH Unna have decided for the new investment into a beading machine.
The application of beads, thus trough-shaped depressions in the metal, serves the increase of the rigidity of the workpiece and is used for the baffle cylinders of our shaft furnace manufacture, as well as for further components of installations.
With the new machine, our skilled IHU furnace manufacturing team can bead cylinders until an inner diameter of 4800mm and until a height of 2500mm.
The machine has different beading rolls available, with are individually used, adapted to the dimensions of the workpieces, the material specification and thickness.
