In 1993, based on a wealth of experience of many years, Friedrich Wilhelm zur Weihen, Friedhelm Kreffter, Karl-Ulrich Rinne and Alfons Brune faced the challenge and founded the Industrieofen- & Haertereizubehoer GmbH Unna (IHU).
Since then, the four-leaf clover as the company logo, symbolically represents the four company founders and at the same time, it stands for high quality standards, longtime experience, a high level of customer orientation and reliability as a firm partner for considerable market forces.
In 2016, Hendrik zur Weihen started to successfully direct the company together with Mr. Kreffter and Mr. Rinne, who have gone into retirement now. So starting from 1 st February 2019, Mr. Hendrik zur Weihen leads the company into the future. He is the son of the co-founder Friedrich Wilhelm zur Weihen and commenced his IHU activity as Managing shareholder in 2004. Therefore, he has extensive experience in all business areas.
His competent and skilled IHU team has been thoroughly prepared for the business succession du ring the past years and will continue the daily business as usual. Additional recruitment is currently taking place in the technical office as well as in technical project management, sales & marketing.
